VisionCalc 隐私政策
本隐私政策适用于由 Aegletes（以下简称“我们”）提供的 VisionCalc – Machine Vision Toolbox（以下简称“VisionCalc”或“本应用”）。 我们重视用户隐私，并致力于以清晰、透明的方式说明本应用如何处理信息。
1. 我们收集的数据
VisionCalc 1.0 的核心功能不要求创建账号，也不要求用户向我们提供姓名、电话号码、地址、 联系人、精确位置、照片、健康信息、财务信息或其他个人身份信息。
按当前版本设计，VisionCalc 不会将用户输入的工程计算参数、计算结果、收藏或计算历史上传到 VisionCalc 自有服务器。
2. 本地存储的数据
为了提供应用功能，VisionCalc 可能在您的设备本地保存以下信息：
- 收藏的计算工具；
- 最近的计算记录及相关参数摘要；
- 主题、单位制、小数位数等应用设置。
这些数据用于在您的设备上提供相应功能，默认不会由 VisionCalc 上传到我们的服务器。
3. 数据的使用目的
VisionCalc 在本地处理的数据仅用于：

- 显示和恢复用户的收藏与最近计算记录；

4. 数据共享
按当前版本设计，我们不会向广告商、数据经纪商或其他第三方出售、出租或共享用户的计算参数、 收藏或计算历史。
如果未来版本集成分析、崩溃报告、广告、云同步、账户、在线数据库或其他第三方服务， 我们将在启用相关功能前更新本隐私政策，并按照适用要求提供相应披露。
5. Google Play 和第三方平台
当您通过 Google Play 下载、更新或购买本应用或应用内产品时，Google 可能根据其自身的服务条款 和隐私政策处理与应用分发、设备、许可、付款或交易相关的信息。 相关处理由 Google 独立进行。VisionCalc 不会获取您的完整银行卡或支付卡信息。
6. 权限
VisionCalc 的核心工程计算功能原则上不需要访问联系人、短信、通话记录、精确位置、麦克风或相册。 如果未来新增某项功能确实需要 Android 权限，我们将仅在提供该功能所必需的范围内请求权限， 并在适用情况下向用户说明用途。
7. 数据安全
VisionCalc 采用“本地优先”的设计方式，尽可能减少个人数据的收集和传输。 本地数据的安全性同时取决于 Android 操作系统、设备安全设置以及用户对设备的保护措施。
8. 数据保留与删除
收藏、计算历史和设置等本地数据通常会保留在您的设备上，直到您在应用内清除相关数据、 清除应用数据或卸载 VisionCalc。
由于 VisionCalc 1.0 不提供用户账号，也不将上述本地数据同步至我们的服务器， 因此我们通常不持有可通过服务器端账户删除的用户数据。
9. 儿童隐私
VisionCalc 是面向机器视觉、自动化和工程技术人员的专业工具，不以儿童为目标用户， 也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
10. 国际用户

VisionCalc Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to VisionCalc – Machine Vision Toolbox (“VisionCalc”, the “App”), provided by Aegletes (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and aim to explain clearly how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
The core features of VisionCalc 1.0 do not require an account and do not require you to provide us with your name, phone number, address, contacts, precise location, photos, health information, financial information, or other personally identifying information.
Under the current design, VisionCalc does not upload engineering calculation inputs, calculation results, favorites, or calculation history to servers operated by VisionCalc.
2. Information Stored Locally
To provide app functionality, VisionCalc may store the following information locally on your device:
- Favorite calculation tools;
- Recent calculation history and related parameter summaries;
- App settings such as theme, unit system, and decimal precision.
This information is used to provide features on your device and is not uploaded to our servers by default.
3. How Information Is Used
Information processed locally by VisionCalc is used only to:
- Perform machine vision and engineering calculations;
- Display and restore favorites and recent calculations;
- Save your app preferences;
- Provide and maintain normal app functionality and user experience.
4. Sharing of Information
Under the current design, we do not sell, rent, or share your calculation parameters, favorites, or calculation history with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
If future versions integrate analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud synchronization, accounts, online databases, or other third-party services, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when such functionality is introduced and provide any disclosures required by applicable rules.
5. Google Play and Third-Party Platforms
When you download, update, or purchase the App or in-app products through Google Play, Google may process information related to app distribution, your device, licensing, payment, or transactions under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Such processing is performed independently by Google. VisionCalc does not receive your full credit or payment card details.
6. Permissions
VisionCalc's core engineering calculators are designed not to require access to contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, microphone, or your photo library. If a future feature requires an Android permission, we will request it only where reasonably necessary for that feature and explain its purpose where required.
7. Data Security
VisionCalc follows a local-first design intended to minimize the collection and transmission of personal data. The security of locally stored information also depends on the Android operating system, your device security settings, and the measures you use to protect your device.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local information such as favorites, calculation history, and settings generally remains on your device until you clear the relevant information in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall VisionCalc.
Because VisionCalc 1.0 does not provide user accounts and does not synchronize the local information described above to our servers, we generally do not hold server-side user data associated with an account that would require account-based deletion.
9. Children's Privacy
VisionCalc is a professional utility intended for machine vision, automation, and engineering users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Users
VisionCalc may be made available in multiple countries and regions. Because the core calculations and user preferences in the current version are primarily processed locally, VisionCalc does not itself transfer your calculation data internationally to our servers for those core features.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. The updated policy will be published on this page and the effective date at the top will be revised. Where appropriate, material changes affecting the handling of user data may also be communicated in the App or through other reasonable means.
